Medications cannot be administered or dispensed to a camper by Summer Camp Staff. If there is history of chronic or recurring medical conditions, or there is a limitation that should be planned for at Kids Camp, please list these above.

Which dates will the camper attend Kids Camp? Carefully select below. Pricing is $55.00 per day, per child. OR sign-up for all sessions and receive the final week free!
